Lock Down or not?

I have a feeling we will be in lockdown again soon after Christmas day. Much as I like to get out and about, I think it would be for the best, to stop the spread and give scientists more time to work out how dangerous omacrom is{did I spell it right?) and wether we need a different vaceen or not. Will we ever be rid of this invider? What do others think will happen,now soon and in the future?
